"Yeah my character flies to Italy to become a super-model to support herself financially. I didn't want to play the character looking like an international model because she's basically in another profession. So she can't really have the figure of Victoria Beckham, can she? I had to look more filled up. Again, for my next release Main Aur Mrs Khanna with Salman, I play a wife. So I wanted to look more filled up. Not that wives can't be curvaceous. The one I played in Golmaal Returns certainly was." For her forthcoming films 'Size 0' is out. No more international anorexic looks for her. Kareena Kapoor is down to a healthy normal desi girl's model-like figure. Reason? "My forthcoming releases required me to get back to a fuller shape." Now Kareena has decided to hold steady with her new weight. "I weigh 54 kgs now, which for a girl of my height is quite fine. People used to wonder what 'Size 0' is and I'd joke, 'Just look at me'. I don't want that anymore. I want to look like a nice normal healthy girl."

What’s a woman without her curves, rightly said Bipasha Basu when she was asked to respond to the size-zero fad that had gripped certain Bollywood belles – Kareena Kapoor prominent among them – at the start of this year. Bebo (as Kareena is fondly called) had drawn a lot of flak for her anorexic look from many quarters even though some thought she looked “sexy” in her thin and almost skeletal body frame.

Now, Kareena is saying goodbye to size-zero and putting on some flesh to acquire her lost curves back.
She has already sported a healthy look for Kambakkth Ishq where she is paired with Akshay Kumar.

“My look is more voluptuous and sexy in ‘Kambakkth Ishq’ so I had to go on a different diet and exercise regime,” Kareena is quoted by a tabloid.Kareena says she even reduced her yoga exercises from seven days a week to three days.

But this is just the beginning. Kareena is set to become chubbier for the Karan Johar production in which she is romantically paired with beau Saif Ali Khan for the first time. In the movie, to be directed by Rensil D’ Silva, Kareena plays a Muslim girl. And to get a natural look, Karan has asked Kareena to shun all the weight-losing exercises and diets, and become chubby rather. Kareena also won’t wear any make-up for her role in the film.

So when Kareena leaves for the US schedule of the movie, she won’t be taking along any fitness trainer. In contrast, she would be munching to her heart’s delight. After all, gaining those curves is not as hard as losing them. Right, Bebo?

After garnering huge accolades for size zero in Tashan, slick beauty Kareena Kapoor is all set to don a new look which is said to be inspired from Sarah Jessica Parker of ‘Sex And The City’. After Posh (size zero), it’s now Parker’s look that Bebo is dieing to take up in her next film titled Kambakht Ishq opposite Akshay Kumar.

To don Parker’s look was actually suggested to Bebo by her sister Lolo (Karishma Kapoor). “My looks in KI will be something audiences haven`t seen before. It`s completely different from ‘Tashan’, ‘Golmaal Returns’ and ‘Jab We Met’. I play a surgeon and a supermodel in ‘Kambakht Ishq’ and my styling has been done keeping my character in mind. I always discuss my roles with Lolo and when I asked her about ‘Kambakht Ishq’, she told me to get inspiration from Sarah Jessica`s Parker`s look in ‘Sex And The City’. Lolo loves watching the TV serial and Sarah`s cool, chic, glamorous and yet simple styles”. Bebo is quoted as saying. 

Regarding her changing looks, Bebo said, "It`s very important for an actor to keep changing his/her looks. It`s a challenge to keep experimenting with your looks according to your role as Aamir and Shah Rukh are doing. Kareena Kapoor , born 21 September 1980) nicknamed "Bebo" is a four-time Filmfare Award-winning Indian popular actress who appears in Bollywood movies.

Since her debut in the 2000 film, Refugee, she has acted in nearly 30 films, majority of them bringing her critical success rather than commercial success. Despite this fact, she has emerged today as one of the top and most versatile actresses from the industry.
